Dr. Angie Hayes is the founder of BiotechShares. She has a PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Cologne/Germany, working with the lipid and neurobiology expert Prof Dr Wilhelm Stoffel, after which she became an Associate Professor at the same University. She migrated to Australia in 1991. She has 20 years of research experience and around 100 published papers in peer reviewed international journals (under her scientific name Antje Haase) and has presented her research at numerous international conferences. She has a keen interest in the share market and found that there is a need for information about biotechnology.


Mr. Damon Kerr is a co-founder of BiotechShares. He has a BSc (Biochemistry and Biology)and an Associate Diploma in Applied Science (Environmental Biology). Damon is a member of The Australasian Association of Clinical Biochemists. He has worked in the medical industry for nine years in Public Pathology at Royal Darwin Hospital and has worked predominantly in Biochemistry, Haematology and Immunohaematology. He has a keen interest in computing, shares and specifically the field of Biotechnology.
