Peptech (ASX:PTD) The company has reaffirmed after recent significant share price falls it is pleased with the progress of
all it's scientific programs. Nothing has occurred with our programs that would justify the market reaction.
Peptech Executive Chairman Mel Bridges said “All our programs are absolutely on-track and the
company continues to hit its milestones. He also stated that Peptech is financially strong.
“We have cash reserves of $44 million and are forecasting a full year net profit in the range $18 million to $21 million,”.
The company is also currently in the stages of a share buy back. Shares closed Thursday up 1.43% for the day at $1.42
Australian Cancer Technology (ASX:ACU) announced that it has submitted a Drug Master
File (DMF) to the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for its proprietary cancer
vaccine adjuvant, GPI-0100. GPI-0100 has been shown in extensive laboratory studies to enhance the normal immune response, as
well as markedly strengthen immune responses to both pathogenic and cancer antigens. This
AustCancer immune-enhancer is already in pilot Phase I clinical trials at American cancer treatment
Centers. Share closed the day at 17.5c up 9.38%.

Chemgenex (ASX:CXS) this week announced it has launched a multi-centre Phase 2 study evaluating the use of Ceflatonin®
in combination with Gleevec®, in patients with chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML) who have developed resistance to Gleevec®.
Shares closed the day up a healthy 15.56% at 52c.

Norwood Abbey (ASX:NAL) Norwood EyeCare, a subsidiary of the company has announced that that
it has entered into an exclusive partnership for the German and Swiss markets with Schwind eye-tech-solutions GmbH
and Co.KG, a market leading supplier of laser and surgical equipment used in laser vision correction (LVC) surgery. Founded in 1958, Schwind today has 190 employees and their products are sold in more than 60 countries. There are more
than 450 Schwind excimer laser systems in use worldwide. NAL closed at 47.5c up 7.95% for the day.
Polartechnics (ASX:PLT) A recent internal review of the Company's accounting system has revealed
the early booking of sales and apparently in some cases the the presentation of apparently fictitious invoices by one SolarScan sales
representative in Queensland. Accordingly the Company has stated that this potentially fraudulent activity may cause the
gross sales for the period ended 31st December 2004 to be reduced by an amount not exceeding $470,000.
The resulting effect on the net loss for the 6 month period after taking into account
existing provisions is not expected to exceed $160,000. Not well received by the market with share price falling 11.67% on the day closing at 26.5c.
